(Item: CAT75/LOT390)MVT – (Minnesota Valley Transportation) stamped on shackle and raised letters on applied plate on panel of brass switch lock manufactured by Ransvaal. Comes with marked MVT triple ring key. No spring in the key cover and rivets have been punched so probably opened at one time. Works well though.
