COLO MIDLAND RR – cursive letters side marked on double handled sugar bowl with lid and handled creamer. Manufactured by Simpson-Hall-Miller & Co circa 1915. Pieces show normal wear but with strong markings and extremely rare, this great pair is waiting for a new caretaker. These are featured in Silver Banquet II by Everett Maffett.
