Railroad Memories

LONG ISLAND RAILROAD – large embroidered Dashing Dan flag most likely used at press conferences and meetings as a backdrop.  White clotanvas backing with red, blue & yellow applied on top.  Two sided and does show moisture stains in the white otherwise very acceptable with vibrant colors.  Measures approximately 35” x 52” with brass grommets in each corner for hanging.  Has manufacturers tag applied to each side that reads, “Hempstead Flag Co., 253 Front St. Hempstead NY Flags-Banners-Emblems Phone: Ivanhoe 1-7155”.   A scarce offering that could very well be a one of a kind.  A chance to add a unique piece to your collection.
