B OF LE – Los Angeles Division, No 682 membership convention ribbon. Beautiful celluloid pinback showing steam engine in center. Unfortunate damage to the attendance side however also includes addition of “Engineer” medallion with ribbon. Metallic ribbon and 10" ribbon makes this early. Still nice item.
