Railroad Memories

   D&SL MOFFAT ROAD -  original wooden “Point of Interest”  mile marker #7 from Antelope Colorado on the “Hill Route”.  The Forest Service made it possible to follow the original route as late as the 70’s by car using these wooden mile posts signs as markers for interesting places along the original line.  The route was no longer accessible by car  as of the 90’s.   Black & gray with yellow highlights the sign measures 27 ½” 16”.   Obviously re-painted and restored for display, I will include the 4 page copy of information complied by Dick Oakes, titled “The Moffat Road: The Former “Hill” Route.  Unique offering.
